New management at BENESTRA

Bratislava February 9, 2015 – Due to a failed management buy-out attempt, the company owners decided to implement some personal changes in Benestra as of February 2015. Piotr Sieluk has been appointed the new CEO and General Manager of BENESTRA, a major Slovak telecommunications operator with Slovak-wide coverage.

“I know Benestra as a company with strong business foundations, committed and quality team as well as potential for further growth. I look forward to joining the team and focusing on providing the best possible service to our customers,” said Piotr Sieluk.

Piotr Sieluk replaces Stanislav Molčan, who is leaving the company. As always, all conditions of his management contract will be honored in full. The quality services provided to all BENESTRA clients in Slovakia will not be affected by the personal changes in any way. Sieluk will liaise with all clients as soon as possible.

Piotr Sieluk was the Managing Director of GTS Poland for five years until GTS Central Europe was acquired by Deutsche Telekom in mid-2014. He graduated from Law Faculty, University of Warsaw, and holds an MBA from University of Minnesota. Piotr has started his carrier at Deloitte&Touche, followed by a number of management positions in Pioneer Mutual Fund, PWC, Energis, and Gravitas Private Equity.

BENESTRA is a telecommunications operator with Slovak-wide coverage, which has been creating and providing communication and IT solutions with guaranteed quality levels mainly to business clients. The service portfolio includes voice and data communication solutions, internet connectivity solutions, data centers, and hosting services on both physical and virtual (cloud) platforms. Until May 31, 2014, it had been part of the GTS Central Europe Group. From December 1, 2014, it operates under the name BENESTRA.
